How we moderate

• We review reports and notices within 24 hours; child abuse reports first.
• When we remove content or suspend an account, we tell the person the reason (DSA Art. 17).
• You can appeal for free for 6 months: in the app (Settings → Moderation and appeals) or at /apelar if the account is suspended. A person reviews it.
• If we suspect a crime that threatens someone's life or safety, we inform the authorities (DSA Art. 18).
• We do not use fully automated moderation to remove content.

Minors

Tobby is for adults 18+ only. We ask for a date of birth at sign-up; coins, gifts, LIVE and battles are adults-only. There are no ads. See child safety.

United Kingdom (Online Safety Act)

UK users can report illegal or harmful content and complain about our decisions through the same channels. Complaints: tby@tobby.live (subject "Online Safety").

Active recipients

Tobby has far fewer than 45 million average monthly active recipients in the EU (it is not a "very large online platform").
